My Mom moved to Waterside in November of last year and I am so happy with the care and attention she receives. All the staff have been wonderful, warm and caring. It is a great comfort to our family that Mom is so well cared for, happy and safe
I have just had hip hip hoorah “holiday” at Waterside! Well actually two weeks of respite care following hip replacement surgery. It was the best decision I made as the recovery here was terrific. Every single member of staff are friendly, caring and professional. Always smiling, all the care they gave me was excellent. It is a lovely facility, and if you ever decide to live in a retirement residence, Waterside is a marvellous option. Thank you Waterside staff for the wonderful care.
Ppl running the place only care about your money they don't care about actual ppl or elders I recommend another home for your amazing love ones. Owner lies to you heads up
I am currently employed here at V!VA Waterside in Carleton Place, and I must say it's a GREAT place to work. It feels like a family and everyone is TEAM players. I used to get horrible feelings of not wanting to go to work with my previous employer and this has not occurred in my time working at Waterside. The Community Members are amazing and fun. If you haven't already come to visit Waterside, you should come in and take a look around..
