Was disturbed by the infestation of roaches and termites upon viewing through a window we noticed the windows aren't even inserted right they push in door steps look completely unsafe for smaller children ... the office lady is beyond rude and doesn't know how to communicate civil with her tenants upon asking for an application I got a mouthful of bashing her other tenants and was not impressed at all . I lived there just last year and I was a property manager there and it was horrible rats, roaches, termite, and mobile homes that has serious issues they needed to be leveled and it was so bad
