This place is a joke, my stay there was terrible they are overpriced and ran by a slum lord, imagining going all winter with no heat, and half of the summer with no air, Let me start from the beginning I started my application process in August of 2021 that when I found what I thought was a nice family community . So I put down the $400 dollar holding fee which they add your name to a list, of other applicants that are also waiting. This is the nastiness place I've ever been in! Roaches and roach fese. Non usable appliance! The filth is unbelievably gross! I have turned them in to anyone who has ears to hear and eyes to see! They promised it would be move in ready and lied! I got very sick there and my medical equipment has to be professionally cleaned! I still have many avenues to call and write! If I could give zero stars I would!
