Could you PLEASE sign off my prescriptions already?? Every bloody time the same battle! Doesn't matter even if your meds are on repeat prescription, they won't sign them off on time. Not even when you email them a request! I am sick and tired fighting to get my meds every 2 weeks and calling 111 for emergency prescription which they only send 2 days worth and then I have to have the same battle with Willow Group again! I was not well on Wednesday. I went to the surgery in the morning as an emergency patience for my chest pain, coughs and headache. I was fighting for breath, coughing and looking really sick. The receptionist was so good it brought tears to my eyes. She was gentle, considerate, and very helpful. She gave me a glass of water and reassured me that a doctor will come soon to take me in.
