Terrible please go somewhere else. The worst, not only did they break data protection they are rude and unprofessional They would rather spend several thousands on a terrible practice yet still take well over an hour to answer the phone. I don't understand that when you go there they seems to be standing around not even on the phone. The QCC rated good, that's a lie. It's inadequate even below that. Again pease go somewhere else
Should have had a diabetic call today as I had a blood test and 2 days later was told I needed to talk to the diabetic nurse had a voice mail to say they couldn’t contact me funny that my phone was by my side all day but I got the voicemail so no problem with my phone but the nurse was running late with her appointments funny that maybe she was late for lunch tried to call and was cut off now wonder the willow group has bad reviews covid is just a cold know so no need not see people face to face surgery’s always empty

I had appointment with Nurse Brogan this morning, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease; she was very lovely. Waiting times was perfect, would highly recommend this doctor’s surgery.
