Surgery used to be good ,gone down hill as everyone says cannot get an appt or even get through even harder if your at work trying to book appt, ive changed to another surgery got an appt within a week and they have phoned me about other checkups i should of had done but this surgery didnt bother with if your not happy id go somewhere else whilist you can .

Really up set with new online system can't get it set up struggling to get my repeat on going medication because I can no longer do it on line and they will not do it over the phone I don't have time to call in to surgery so this new system is ridiculous

Terrible trying to get an appointment. Phone system needs updating! Variable in what you get either engaged tone for hours or the automated in a queue. Like trying to get through customs at Gatwick without a passport. Is it any wonder why Emergency departments are full.

Doctor couldnt book appt 4 weeks ahead herself! Said to ring in 2 weeks make appointment. But no, cant get past the receptionist! Even though GP specifically stated she needs to see after 4 weeks. . She actually said tell them I need to see you. Worst surgery I've ever been a patient of. Only there because we moved and was out of the catchment area for our previous brilliant surgery. Its not as if we are frequently using GP. Absolutely awful appointment system. Be warned and take notice of the vast amount of 1 star reviews.
