Job was ultimately passed along to another subcontractor after the owner of this company no longer wanted to do the job, and only half of my down-payment was sent to the new company and I paid and set up my own inspections in the end. If this review is still up, then this company owes me $2,250.00 dollars. Chuck is a cheat, a liar and will use every excuse in the book when needed.

I've used Jeff with Waterside for many years and he never disappoints! Prompt, quality service at reasonable prices! I decided to use Waterside for a new roof based on good reviews on the Nextdoor app and I'm so happy that I did!! Jeff is the roofing coordinator and is AMAZING!! He kept me updated constantly on the status of start date.
