Just want to see all of the various models. So difficult to find. If I find a model I like, I want to see the Floorplan and where it is or was built.
Great looking homes. Talked with Kayla and ended up buying a new home in Clear Pond. Great finishing touches and nice workmanship. It's worth the look if you're in the market to move.
Let me started by saying that we LOVE our neighborhood and our neighbors. The area is awesome and convenient to everything. Having said that our experience with Meritage and their management of Waterside has been sub par. We bought our home in May 2024. Overall our experience with Meritage was fine. When you buy here, make sure they give you everything in writing, because they don't keep to deadlines. Also, make sure that you get all HOA rules before signing anything. We were told that we could do a few upgrades and now that we live here, they are not approving them.
