We just bought the house in November, and the grass was dead. We told the manager before we purchased and he assurred us that the grass was dormant, and said it would grow back in time. I showed him pictures of my yard in March, and he doesn't want to replace the grass, even though he said he would if it was dead. But he's not responding anymore.
Enjoyed the entire home buying process with Meritage. Kayla and Tyler have been great to work with.
After buying 9 homes over the past 30 years this has been a dream. They make everything so easy and are so helpful. If all builders were like this perhaps the industry would have a better reputation. Thank you so much for making this purchase easy!
