Ours is a newly constructed home in 2018 December in Settlers walk Springboro . We had a dent on the ceiling roof which we complained during the 3 months warranty. At that time we didn’t see any water mark. They painted the roof and said the problem was solved. Our 1 year warranty was moved due to COVID which was done in 2020 December. Only last year the warranty service was done. We had listed the water mark on the ceiling roof as one of our warranty complaint.
