Had a screening which found a polyp. They improperly coded my bill and when notified that the insurance company wanted them to resubmit the bill they were unwilling. They told me that it was done properly. My sister is an auditor and provided me information that they needed to charge for the screening first then the proceedure after that. I called and asked for a supervisor. I was sent to a voicemail box with no name attached to it. In other words it went to an un monitored voicemail box.
