This review is for wedding catering specifically, but that fact alone should stand out as an overwhelming endorsement of all Watershed has to offer. ps Get the halloumi cheese sticks. As a vegetarian with Celiac, dining out normally leaves me with limited options. Visiting family in the area and someone suggested Watershed, now we have a new favorite spot in Newmarket. Absolutely everyone loved their food, excellent GF IPA available, and to top it off our server Sophia was absolutely delightful. Great food, great service, dedicated gluten free fryer. Definitely recommend.
Stumbled upon this place on way home from the seacoast. Didn't even realize the were very GF focused until we sat and looked at the menu. Good food, awesome staff, and a neat place. Had been to the space when it was Popovers years ago. Go even if you don't care about gluten free. Great addition to Newmarket.
I visited Watershed last Thursday with high hopes based on the strong online reviews. Unfortunately, the polished, upscale atmosphere far exceeded the quality of the food. The burger was nearly flavorless, with a small patty lost inside an oversized, somewhat stale brioche bun.
