Nice guys THAT I TRUST!!! – Second, maybe third! time we have called with a HELP! plumbing problem in our very old, very badly plumbed house. They answer immediately and get out asap. This last thing had us terrified - hearing running water, and dripping under the house. Chad got here at 10:05 next day (we were given a 10-12 window) found the leak right away, just a loose nut! Awesome Service! – If you need a plumber, call Watershed! We were lucky. After calling the home warranty company, Watershed Plumbing was the contractor they sent out to handle our sink issue. Every person we talked to at Watershed was friendly. The plumber who came out to our house, Chad, was on time (called when he was on the way to the house), worked quickly & cleanly, and even managed to make friends with my dog. Dishonest serviceman made a call on my house through a warranty service. Basically lied to me about coverage. Did nothing for me but charged me a service call fee when I had already told them what was wrong. Would never use this plumber again since I do not trust them. Would never contract with American Home Shield (AHS) either.
