Friendly staff, love that they provide drying towels to use. Vacumns are great as well as the air hoses. Use my car wash membership often. Much Better than others I've tried.
I went there today (3/5/2025) and the service is amazing. There was a shift supervisor, not sure of his name, but he was amazing and very helpful. Also, the car was squeaky clean!
Estamos desde el inicio, como miembros de este lugar, al principio todo 10. Pero últimamente, ha bajado de eficiencia en el servicio! Casi no hay toallas limpias, tiene uno que ir y pedirlas. Hoy fuimos y no habían toallas limpias, para secar mi auto, y pedimos y nos dieron toallas mojadas!!!
I have a subscription for 2 of my vehicles for awhile and EVERY time I try to go through there’s always a technical issue and I am left sitting and waiting for assistance for far too long to the point where they even had me put stickers in my windows and door because my plates or the computer never seem to work and let me through it’s very frustrating when the employee has an attitude “do you need help” 20 mins later… no your guys systems need help! El personal muy amable, tengo membresía desde que empezó pero ya el lavado no es igual que cuando empezó , recuerdo que en un principio era bastante espuma y auto salía muy limpio pero ya no es así casi no le echan espuma , creo que debería mejor eso y no ahorrar tanto que para eso uno paga
