Quick and clean wash
I love my carwash! I started here at another location in Austin and I know there are several comparable places, but for the basic wash plan, I believe it's a great deal. Unlimited washes, vacuums, and clean microfiber cloths to dry your vehicle or wipe down your interior. Super friendly staff and the property is kept free of trash.
A terrible experience. I do not recommend this car wash whatsoever. While my vehicle was inside the automated system, another car rear-ended me. The driver at fault acknowledged what had happened at the time and assured me that his insurance would cover the damages. However, when his insurance company contacted him, he denied everything. What is most outrageous is the car wash's attitude: they offered me absolutely no assistance. First time at this location. The wash is the same and the staff is great. The main difference is the drive lanes are better here as the turn into the wash entry is easier to navigate.
