we have been using this car wash to wash our vehicle for the last year. Today our team was told that they will no longer service our vehicles even after we have shown them prior transaction of usage. we were then met with a manager that basically told us that's the rules and its nothing she can do about it. we then asked for a number to reach the owners then and was denied that as well.

As the owner of a funeral home we have been using your services for the last year and today we were denied services and we could no longer bring our funeral cars through the car wash. There was no notice or any damages that our vehicles did to the car wash. Manger staff had no good explanation only that they had to deny service to our company. Very unprofessional

After going through the wash twice, the front of my car still is cover with dirt. Re: The below response... It also left dirt on the front of my sideview mirrors and on my front windshield. It didn't clean my car. Furthermore, I paid for an automatic car wash. If I wanted to wash my car by hand, I would have gone to another car wash and paid a quarter of the price.
