No clean rags, and they apparently turned off the vacuums right after I went through the wash. If they were closing, someone could have communicated that with me before I bought the wash and went through it.
we have been using this car wash to wash our vehicle for the last year. Today our team was told that they will no longer service our vehicles even after we have shown them prior transaction of usage. we were then met with a manager that basically told us that's the rules and its nothing she can do about it. we then asked for a number to reach the owners then and was denied that as well.
As the owner of a funeral home we have been using your services for the last year and today we were denied services and we could no longer bring our funeral cars through the car wash. There was no notice or any damages that our vehicles did to the car wash. Manger staff had no good explanation only that they had to deny service to our company. Very unprofessional
