On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. One employee helped me figure out why my tag wasn’t scanning, and explained that the scanner can’t read the smaller numbers on tribal tags. Bug prep station is self-serve. Even with the highest-level membership my car still came out with bugs left on it. The tires also looked dull. The vacuum heads are wide, making it difficult to clean tight crevices inside the car. They're their machines don't work as good not as 29th Street but the people are great
Jeremiah is phenomenal & his job. His customer service is outstanding and he genuinely cares. Everytime I come here he greets me with a smile and asks how he can be of service. It’s rare you find impeccable service as his. I will continue to come to this location and keep my membership here just because he sets the standard for this business. I highly recommend this location and hopefully you run into Jeremiah as I did. God definitely has good people and Jeremiah is definitely one.
