BUYER BEWARE!!! As others have stated, if you 'sign up' for their service and later cancel. This company will still charge your card at their next billing cycle. I contacted the Nacogdoches Rd. site and spoke with the assistant manager. He was not able to assist and directed that I contact their corporate office by submitting an online form requesting a refund. I did not receive any confirmation of my request for the refund. WORST CAR WASH I took my brand new truck (only two weeks old) through this car wash, and the experience was a complete nightmare. When my vehicle came out, the side mirror was snapped in half and hanging. Before entering, the manager personally checked my truck — there was no damage at all. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would “check the cameras.” After about 10 minutes, they were reviewing footage of the wrong vehicle. I have the membership but I may be changing soon. I noticed that the back of my car doesn't get cleaned and the tires don't either. The driers are not that great eather.
Love my carwash clean always stocked up and good chemicals
