We've used a few different car washes and this one has a nicer facility than the others. Employees are pretty cool and always available if we need towels.... ONLY thing I'd suggest is opening at 7am on weekends cause some ppl go to car shows early in the morning and it would be pretty convenient

BEWARE!!!!! I paid but the shop was closed. There were no signs about it because closed. I called the customer service but they don’t answer me nor reply to my text messages !
Last week I went to the watershed carwash on 39th. Accidentally I got charged for the carwash in front of me as well as my own and didn't notice until I got home. Went back and gave my information and waited for a call back from the manger. I waited a couple of days and then called them asking to speak to the manager about my problem. Winnie the Assistant Manager answered the phone. The manager wasn't in but Winnie would be glad to help me. She was very kind, polite and helpful.
