When a car wash can’t remove bugs from your grill and windshield, I’d call that an issue. I hadn’t been to watershed before, but despite going through twice, no luck. All washes state they come with a “bug prep” which would traditionally be a “bug goo” aka one step low foam (I have car wash experience). I asked the prep attendant and he said they had a station, but they didn’t use it. That’s false advertising and results in cars leaving with bugs. Great costumer service
Entrance was in the back. Employees super nice. $10 basic wash.
Just for the record, I have never posted a google review, much less a negative google review. I was very happy with my services there for over a year until april the sixth when I washed my BMW 535 i without any apparent issues. I live about a mile from the car wash. I did not notice anything wrong until the next morning when I walked out and saw a condensation in my left headlight.
