While the customer service during my recent visit was friendly, I was very dissatisfied with the low quality of the car wash. Additionally, I am accustomed to car washes providing all-purpose cleaner and window cleaner for customer use in the vacuum area. I was disappointed to find that your establishment does not offer these supplies.

Super disappointing!! My husband and I have been taking our cars there for the last few years almost every weekend, because they are great and no BS. My husband has a show type car with a wing and he has taken it there with no problems… until today! After paying for the most expensive wash, as we usually do, we were met at the gate by a employee and he said “sorry sir we can’t let you go through because of your wing.” We told him that we have come through almost every weekend with this car but he just kept saying no I’m sorr... read more

I had a short amount of time before catching a flight, I want to thank Seth for letting me get in minutes early to get a borrowed car washed and cleaned. Appreciate the instructions on how to master the membership access too. I really like the thorough washing of the vehicle, the free vacuum and drying rags. I wish Maryland had similar car washes near me like the Watershed.
