Going on about 2 months of hit or miss with your vacuums, it's very frequent that your vacuums aren't working, by that I mean they are completely off... You should at least tell your customers before we pull in to wash the car, think it's time to cancel the membership and go elsewhere...
Went to wash at 8:09 am and no one was there. Cones were set up and closed with now signage or reason as to why.
Pulled up for a carwash today at 2:30pm. My window tag wasn't registering, which is a common problem and not a big deal because normally someone comes out to help. Today, I could see 2 people in the office, sitting and talking. They both turned around and saw Me having issues and made no attempt to come out and assist. It made sense to Me at that point why the car before Me backed up and turned around as I was arriving. There were no cones in that lane indicating any issues or being temporarily closed. Unacceptable.
