This is the OKC location and I always have a great experience, the staff are second to none. They truly understand the concept of customer service.
A few months ago I was overpaying my membership because I sold one of my cars I thought it was cancelled, because I had told one of the workers there, but it was so busy that day I don't think they took care of it, so you know I said no biggie we're all just humans I'll try again, so when I noticed on my bank statement the double transaction I told one of the team workers and they took my number and the supervisor called me within 2 days to reiverse me for it, some cash back deposit back to my account and the rest with free ... read more
