The left rotating brush inside doesn't work, and the right brush also only rotates a little, not optimally. The vacuum cleaner doesn't work at all. And the air sprayer. I've been here several times and there's been no improvement. I didn't really want to write a comment, but I feel like I've lost out because I've already paid the membership.I registered two cars and had to lose $65 each month hufff....

I went when they first opened and signed up for unlimited car washes. I got an email that said I would not be charged until my anniversary date in June. Then I got charged $30 in May. I called and spoke to the manager. He said the email that went out was wrong but the date on the receipt was correct. The employee helping me at the kiosk did not give me a receipt. The manager refused to refund the $30 and offered to give me $30 credit at that car wash lol. Why would I want to continue to do business with you if this is how yo... read more
