I want to apologize to this Watershed Car Wash at 1064 State HWY 46, S. These guys really are stand up guys and tried to help me and did, by referring me to a shop that replaced the fender on my small budget. Last week in May 2026, I had gone to get my Jeep washed. I saw a huge scratch on my right back wheel cover but didn't notice until I was home that anything had happened. Just moved to New Braunfels, signed up to membership. Quick and easy wash process 10/10
Went there today at 10 am followed instructions hand off the wheel in neutral off the brakes and half way thru my truck is off the rails in the front! No one stopped the machine and totally ruined my alignment.
Last week in May 2026, I had gone to get my Jeep washed. I didn't see the scratch until I got home. The day after next, went back for another wash - more scratches - I showed the employee, we took photo's. They are claiming that it wasn't their machine that did it. The first day of the scratch, as I was going in the carwash, my jeep moved backwards and then front. I asked if I can view the car wash.
