Came to get a car wash, didnt take my card, the guy asked do you have funds yes of course. So I did the membership online and girl came took a Picture of the barcode it gave me and my card inside. I didnt know it was this difficult to get a carwash from you or a membership, then I pay and still no car wash never again. I do not recommend this carwash.
The WORST car wash I’ve ever experienced. My car was still FILTHY. I basically had to rewash it by hand with a towel they provide. The vacuum heads are so bulky there is no getting in the crevices. Don’t bother paying for the wheels and tires…you’ll have to do that yourself. They also have extremely hard water so I left with my car looking like a dalmation. Terrible
Bought my car 1 week ago. First carwash since getting it and wound up with multiple chips in the pain on the hood and top of my car and the girl guiding my Husband in didn't guide us right. We heard scrapping and she told us it was this "inside of our tire" but after we left we noticed MAJOR scratching on the bumper. I am DEVISTATED! NEVER EVER GO HERE. After reading other reviews we are praying that the manager actually calls us back Monday like he's suppose to.
