The WORST car wash I’ve ever experienced. My car was still FILTHY. I basically had to rewash it by hand with a towel they provide. The vacuum heads are so bulky there is no getting in the crevices. Don’t bother paying for the wheels and tires…you’ll have to do that yourself. They also have extremely hard water so I left with my car looking like a dalmation. Terrible
Bought my car 1 week ago. First carwash since getting it and wound up with multiple chips in the pain on the hood and top of my car and the girl guiding my Husband in didn't guide us right. We heard scrapping and she told us it was this "inside of our tire" but after we left we noticed MAJOR scratching on the bumper. I am DEVISTATED! NEVER EVER GO HERE. After reading other reviews we are praying that the manager actually calls us back Monday like he's suppose to.
Worst watershed car wash to in new braunfels / San Antonio area .went there and girl didn’t care how she guided me onto track and destroyed my driver side front rim scratching it all up ! And after reviewing camera a day later they said it never touched track trying to cover for their employees working and also said I cannot see footage showing that it didn’t scratch it all up .
