Worst watershed car wash to in new braunfels / San Antonio area .went there and girl didn’t care how she guided me onto track and destroyed my driver side front rim scratching it all up ! And after reviewing camera a day later they said it never touched track trying to cover for their employees working and also said I cannot see footage showing that it didn’t scratch it all up . Friendly staff and I gotta a coupon for a free wash on my next visit
My Recent experience was okay, not stellar. They were very short-handed. One harried young woman had to run over to help me at the pay kiosk then run over to the wash tunnel to conduct my car's entrance. The wash itself was only basic as the prices have risen now so much - $10 was all I could manage. That Used to pay for the Wheels wash which I preferred. I would just ask one thing, since these problems seem to be unavoidable: please, consider adding a new wash location to the North Seguin/South New Braunfels or South McQuee... read more
