I have an 8 year old car that I only wash when it's dirty. For years I have been coming here and buying a ceramic wash for $20, which gives you a coupon for a free wash within 90 days. This Saturday the kiosk would not read my bar code and an attendant had to come and do a manual override. It seems they changed their policy to a free wash within 30 days instead of 90. Second time renewing on watershed Car Wash. I pay third higher at plan monthly. I think their car washers can be better or improve on their tire shine sprayers. After going through the car wash numerous times, my tires have never came out shining, despite the Carwash stating tires being clean and shine but never do tires still come out un-shined! Not renewing my experience monthly membership. I’ll be back when they can fix that issue!
