I’ve been in my home for a little over a year now. Everyone was super helpful! I highly recommend Frank as your go to sales person. He was super informative during the process and helpful during the few months of waiting for my home to be built. I also highly recommend Jason as your go to customer care manager. He made sure all of the flaws that needed to be fixed were fixed in a timely manner at my 1 year warranty appointment.
Wonderful neighborhood to live in
Pulte has created a beautiful cmmunity at Watershed. It has all of the amenities and they are great. The neighborhood contains swimming pools, tennis courts, Pickleball courts and great walking trails. Watershed is accessible to all highways. The community is perfect. If you're looking for a nice community, come to Watershed.
This development has ravaged the local watershed and critical wildlife habitat of the patuxent research refuge. The developer should be shamed for calling it "Watershed." Prestine habitat gone for the profit of the Pulte family.
