I have been in my home for just over a year and had my 1 year inspection. There were too much work that need to be done after a year. I had a 5 bedroom house that did not have that level of work needed after a year. They put sod in the yard that like patchwork that was discussed qith them prior to close. My garage has crack in the floor and each week they grow and open.
