Pulte has created a beautiful cmmunity at Watershed. It has all of the amenities and they are great. The neighborhood contains swimming pools, tennis courts, Pickleball courts and great walking trails. Watershed is accessible to all highways. The community is perfect. If you're looking for a nice community, come to Watershed.
This development has ravaged the local watershed and critical wildlife habitat of the patuxent research refuge. The developer should be shamed for calling it "Watershed." Prestine habitat gone for the profit of the Pulte family.
My Pulte home buying and closing was as smooth as it can be. My home itself is amazing. I love it and it's a. 10 out 10 of everything I would want. Definitely recommend.
