My family and I are extremely disappointed with our experience regarding the flooring in our new Pulte home. The flooring installed does not match what was showcased and represented in the model home at the time of purchase. The model home played a major role in our decision, and we relied on Pulte’s presentation and guidance throughout the selection process. I have been in my home for just over a year and had my 1 year inspection. There were too much work that need to be done after a year. I had a 5 bedroom house that did not have that level of work needed after a year. They put sod in the yard that like patchwork that was discussed qith them prior to close. My garage has crack in the floor and each week they grow and open.
