Worth the drive from Wilmington, food and service were excellent. We went for a special occasion and weren’t disappointed!
Had both lunch and dinner while staying in town. Lunch was a 10 out of 10, server was great, fried green tomatoes were excellent and the burger was perfect. Went back the next day for dinner and it was a bit disappointing. The Panna cotta with lobster was OK But both the lobster in it as well as the grilled octopus were a bit chewy. A surprise in every aspect. We came to the Chestertown area for another restaurant yet this was the shining star of our trip. From exceptional service to an amazing meal this location has the business of service captured in every aspect. Greetings and hellos to smiles and thank yous on the way out the door. We are staying in Chestertown for the weekend and happened upon this restaurant. I had no idea that this would be one of the best meals I've ever eaten in my life and I'm almost 60 years old. If you're ever in this area, you must come here. It's fantastic - from the food to the service to the ambiance - it's amazing!
