Abort - turn around keep driving to another builder. There are plenty at the entrance. Our home is less then 2 years old and I could go through a list of problems we have had with this builder and their terrible customer service when it comes to standing by their products and services fromduring the sakes process to post ownership now approx 20 mo into purchase. Keep your money and run the other way
Received a defective AC unit when I purchased this home. Instead of replacing the unit, they keep resending technicians to temporary fix the issue. My one year inspections will be coming up in October and they refuse to replace it. I will not recommend this company.
We’ve just passed our 1-year inspection and couldn’t be happier! Choosing Richmond American for our first home was definitely the right decision. Everything was well organized from the moment we walked in to tour the homes, to the resolution of all the issues noted by the inspection company after the 1-year mark.
