We’ve just passed our 1-year inspection and couldn’t be happier! Choosing Richmond American for our first home was definitely the right decision. Everything was well organized from the moment we walked in to tour the homes, to the resolution of all the issues noted by the inspection company after the 1-year mark. Worked with Trace and Dimitri to buy our dream home at Waterset and they made the process easy! Both were very kind and helpful and any time we needed a question answered, they were quick to do so. Excellent customer service. Dimitri went above and beyond to make sure the house was about perfect upon move in and if there was an issue, he was quick to resolve. We only just closed this week but so far we are thrilled with our experience working with this team.

Amazing experience with this team especially Dimitri Gianopulos and Trace Williams. I am a first time homeowner and learning the ropes as I go. Dimitri and Trace have been there every step of the way going above and beyond from teaching me how to use new appliances to best practices and how to be prepared. Everyone from the builders to sales has been friendly and definitely make you feel welcome and home.
