I know this is not about work performance, but it shows their attitude. One of their trucks was in front of me on the freeway and lost alot of their cargo from the bed of it. Plastic pipe stuff and boxes was sprayed all over my vehicle. I pulled over with the driver and he didn't once talk to me or care. I approached him and he acted like go away, he was just in a hurry to lock down the rest of the load and leave. So i got the name from the door of his truck. Absolutely terrible experience with Waterscape! This morning, one of their drivers recklessly pulled out in front of me while I was driving to work, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. If their driving is any indication of their landscaping skills, I’d steer clear of this company. Completely unprofessional and dangerous. Do not use their services!
Waterscape did a fantastic job with our landscaping! We had a new build and didn't know where to start. From design to installation, Waterscape was fantastic!! Shane helped us with the design and he maximized every space. We managed to put in a pickleball court, built in bbq, garden area, patio, planter boxes and water feature. Wish I could no star them!!! License plate u77 *** cut me off and acted like it was my fault. Tried to report to office no answer of phones. Will be calling Department of transportation tomorrow. I drive for a living and they need to have their dot regulations audited.
Our yard is one of our favorite places to be as a result of the creative and capable work of Waterscape Landscaping Co. The owner/designer came up with ideas far superior to any of the other 3 companies we got bids from and was on site to personally choose and place all the boulders and trees. They created a waterfall specifically designed to be kid friendly for climbing and splashing, as well as a boulder cave sand play area with a slide from the top.
