The hidden fees and their bulletproof lease (that you likely won't read until you move out) are just the things they need to balance their bottom line. $250 for being locked out and standing on the sidewalk at midnight (no physical keys), $150 utility fee for a 1 bedroom apartment and manufactured circumstances to take your security deposit and charge you for more. We lived there for 4 years. The management has gone down after Wes and Emily moved to a different community. Please be prepared to pay for changing the entire carpet and repainting even if you leave it in the condition it was given to you and you lived for 4 years or more. I wont recommend it to any one. Also, some times the entire apartment complex smells of garbage and dog poop.
