Horrible experience! DO NOT RENT!!!!!! I was charged $75 for seats that I told her were horrible before I even got into the van and she stated she know. My group was only travel in van for 4 hours 1 day and no drinks were present but she pointed out water marks behind backs that we did not put. She was pointing out stains that only could have been put there if someone used the bathroom on themselves. When I called she hung up on me because she had a customer but I was a customer as well. Very disrespectful manager. Refusing to rent to "new customers". I don't know what has occurred to make you feel this way, but may God have mercy on your soul.
