the older lady was so friendly
This place rental department is absolutely ridiculous. Twice now I’ve came to rent a chainsaw that didn’t work. I like waters but the gerken rental part is a joke ran by kids that have probably never used a power tool in their life. I do a lot of landscaping and I will never step foot in this store again
Very helpful sales assistant helped me find what I needed. She was fantastic and knowledgeable. The rental guy rented out a trencher saying it could do 8 inches when it was only able to do 2, 3, and 4 inch for flower garden boarders. He didn't know how to work the machine because they had just got it from another store. He didn't think the flat rear tire would be an issue, but did fill it up at my insistence.
