Helpful but sparse staff, good selection
the older lady was so friendly
This place rental department is absolutely ridiculous. Twice now I’ve came to rent a chainsaw that didn’t work. I like waters but the gerken rental part is a joke ran by kids that have probably never used a power tool in their life. I do a lot of landscaping and I will never step foot in this store again
