Solid Communication Most of the time, I can just call Kenny on his cell phone and he will answer. If not, he calls me right back. Waters & Son has great communication for a contractor.
Done on time I wish every company worked with the integrity and honesty of Waters. They have done some nice fencing for me and never let me down on a deadline.
