I was traveling through with a heavy load on a trailer. I was concerned about the tires under the weight as I made my way home over an hour away. I pulled in to the shop and everyone I spoke with was kind. They checked out my truck and trailer reassuring me all was fine. I made it home safely just as they said. Thank you for taking time to check things over for a random person just traveling through.
My car was delivered for SCHEDULED repairs on DEC 2, 2024. I received a call on Jan 28, 2025 saying the car was repaired and “ready”. THAT’S NEAR 2 MONTHS of waiting with periodic calls by me and passive communication that was met with stalling tactics which they TRIED TO PASS BLAME ON A SUPPLIER that was NOT the issue and was DISPROVE BY TRACKING and squared DIRECTLY BACK ON JASON AND COMPANY AS A LIE!
