I've been at Waters Pointe for a few months. As some reviews mentioned, there were several inconveniences due to repairs after last year's hurricanes. It sure took some patience. Despite that, my opinion is positive. Most repairs are now complete too, except in some of the ground floor apartments. The views to the water and skies are fantastic, I see dolphins, manatees, birds, boars and thunderstorms all the time. The pool is pretty decent and parking is easy. This place has beautiful scenery
Warning to all new residents!! I moved in last July (2024) and have lived in a construction mess this entire time since the hurricane. The property continues to have hot water issues and is constantly shutting off water and power for the entire day. No concessions have been made and you’ll continue paying FULL amenities fees while only the pool is open (just opened a month ago with months of delays and issues). The property is still undergoing repairs following the hurricanes however you can not beat the views of the water. Neighbors are friendly. The real gem is Charlie, the leasing agent, with his contagious laugh and positive attitude. Maintenance staff, Alfonso, is caring and prompt. Can’t wait until this place is back to fully restored!
Living at Waters Point Apartments has been an absolute dream! Charlie is amazing — so efficient, kind, and always ready to help. The entire management team is wonderful and truly dedicated to making this community feel like home.
