Moved in 1 month ago. Can’t get any appliances fixed. The part is always on order or on back order. The appliances I warned them about finally flooded my apartment yesterday. Maintenance man put a car jack under my sink to hold it up. After calmly telling the apartment staff our appliances didn’t work they did nothing and flooded my apartment. We started our lease January 1st. We did not arrive here until January 12th. We did not begin total move in until January 15th. No one had lived in our apartment for over a year: So there was plenty of time to make the place complete: yet there were several live necessities not met! Most importantly hot Water.. I am going on 4 month living here and I can’t imagine a more perfect place. Every time I go outside I feel like I live in paradise. It’s like I’m vacationing at a resort but I’m actually at home. The scenery is superb. The neighbors are really nice and welcoming. The office staff (Keniethia & Kate) are amazing. They are super professional and always visible around the property.
