I am going on 4 month living here and I can’t imagine a more perfect place. Every time I go outside I feel like I live in paradise. It’s like I’m vacationing at a resort but I’m actually at home. The scenery is superb. The neighbors are really nice and welcoming. The office staff (Keniethia & Kate) are amazing. They are super professional and always visible around the property. Absolutely terrible uncomfortable unfriendly and service sucks
I currently live here at Waters Pointe. I've been here since March. Haven't had a problem until now, even though theres been constant construction and water outages, power being turned off & elevators not working due to repairs. None of that bothers me. What I have a problem with is my dishwasher is broken and has been for about a month and half I put in a request for maintenance to come out and fix it. Called the office and all they said to my husband is its not an a emergency, discrediting his feelings about the situation ... read more
I have lived here for 5 years. Previously, this was the best place to live. It is a beautiful property and I was a big promoter of the community. However, there has been a huge decline as of late. No hot water and no response to maintenance requests for the past year.
