We’ve lived here for two years now and truly love it. The maintenance team is always quick to fix anything that comes up, which makes a huge difference. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The rent also feels very fair for everything you get, which is so hard to find. One of our favorite parts is the incredible view.. we have water views from every window and regularly see birds, dolphins and even manatees right from our balcony! Location is great, being on Boca Ciega Bay is amazing with a beautiful area to sit outside on the property, the apartments are nice, management team is friendly. However since Fall 2025 there has been an ongoing issue with random smoke alarms in the building beeping. It has become exhausting to listen to. They seem to fix one, but a few hours later another one begins to go off. This can make it difficult to sleep if one goes off at night. Not very peaceful. Love it here and the staff is fantastic!
We moved in just before the hurricanes and found the apartment in very poor condition, with broken appliances and several maintenance issues. After a number of temporary fixes, the new management team worked with us to address our concerns and improve the situation. We appreciate Keniethia joining Waterspointe and focusing on property improvements; she has been responsive and easy to work with. Kate has also been a welcome addition.
