Seriously the worst acrylic job I.have ever seen, much less gotten. It was alll over the place. The nails were flat, jagged, and uneven. The underside is awful looking. I was cut TWICE by the file. It was also the most expensive...$44!!!! I will never return. Ever. Maybe the other nail tech is good, but the one I had is awful. I've spent days filing them down and the sides/top of them. Awwwwffullll. I've never left a negative review for anyone, but this was just unacceptable. I bet PSC cosmotology students could do better.

My wife and I purchased a groupon certificate for this salon. We were greeted with the friendliest staff. We were offered a beverage and asked to be seated. We only had about a 5 minute wait. I, myself, have not had many pedicures/manicures; however, my wife has and she said this was the best pedi/mani she has ever had. The staff was courteous, friendly and very professional. We live in Gulf Breeze and it was certainly worth the trip. Our next appointment has already been made. Way to go !!!

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had to give 1 star because it's required. I bought the Mani/Pedi Groupon a few weeks back and have been trying to call them for weeks to get an appointment. I left a few messages and nothing was returned. Being Thanksgiving week, I figured their hours were shortened, but I am moving out of the area on Black Friday and had to get this used so I don't waste my money. Waters of Hadassah strives for excellent customer service. In response to the review about the gift certificates, we always honor our gift certificates according to the rules stated on the certificate. On the half off certificates, it clearly states a $50 limit per day. This particular woman wanted to bring an entire party and use $150 in certificates. When explained the rules and she was clearly unhappy. We agreed to accept $100 in one day to accomodate her. When she was told the same thing by wear, they refunded her money.

This spa has horrible customer service!!! They were selling gift certificates and would not honor them. They called me 1 day before my daughter's birthday party and told me that I could not use them!! I would not go to this salon.

I must say, the atmosphere at waters of hadassah has drastically changed! It feels like a different salon when you walk in now, its always clean,in many different ways.Im a regular there and the salon is physically clean all the time now, and the language is now appropriate enough for me to bring my kids with me! I came in for a pedi and was told that it would be 30 minutes before the girl showed up because she was driving into work I politely agreed to wait and asked if I could get a manicure while I waited. The lady told me she had a 9 o'clock and she couldn't do it...mind you it was 9:10 when I walked in. Her "9 o'clock" showed up at 9:30 and was immediately worked on. I think that is very funny that you are saying this about the salon and the staff at Waters Of Hadassah. I have been there since January and every client thats walks through the door is greated as soon as they walk in. As far as you not being able to get a haircut because of the staff working on each other is a flat out lie. Every employee at the salon would stop whatever they are doing and bend over backwards to make you happy. You just sound like a very crabby person and should take your attitude and business else where...... read more
