Will not answer the phone. Then when and if they do Waters is never there.
Johnathan Waters was the absolute best!!! He fought very hard for a felony murder case in December and won!!! He did an amazing job in the court room and couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer
Hands down he is the worst lawyer out there and should not be allowed to be a public defender. He did absolutely nothing to help my son. Never returned calls, emails, text. He shouldn't be an attorney!!! For those of you who don't know, he is not part of the public defenders office, he is actually contracted by the very judges he goes up against. I would think that would be a conflict of interest. Should of seen him telling the judge he was wrong. Looked like a little kid about to be in trouble.

I wouldn’t recommend him he let my son sink no good communication barley went to see my son while he was incarcerated to me he really don’t work for you
