This funeral home is amazing. There are no words that can show my gratitude to Rick an Chris for there above an beyond help they provided when my husband passed away. We just went through (going through) the loss of my wife's mother who has lived with us for the past 8 years and passed away 3 weeks ago. Not being from Pensacola we didn't know who to call when she passed and who to use for the cremation, and arrangements. I am giving a huge thank you to Rick and Chris for all of their dedication, hard work, professionalism, kindness, dignity and respect toward my father and his funeral. The attention to detail really highlighted my father's life and career. Rick and Chris, not only went above and beyond but they also treated us like family and truly helped create a beautiful and heart-felt memory for our family and friends. Thank you!
Chris, Rick and the rest of the staff did an absolute amazing job with our mothers funeral. Their attentiveness, kindness and professionalism made a very difficult time, a little more bearable. They did not treat us like a business, but like family and friends. They also did our Fathers funeral in 2009 with the same respect and care if that tells you how much we trust them.
