I enjoy the convenience of our store's location; I love not having to drive to Manhattan! Also, I can always find a helpful staff person to ask questions of. They have an excellent return policy and enough choices for a small town store. We still make a trip to Manhattan about once a month if need be, but for the everyday project, repair or rental, I trust Waters.
Have shopped at the Waters store in Junction City for many years, started while they were located on Washington Street. I have received many notices regarding their Rewards program but cannot remember ever being issued a "Rewards Card". I have always just gave my phone number, so today while on my second trip to the store I inquired about the Card.
