I rarely leave reviews but was compelled to do so after such a great experience. After getting a second opinion, we picked Dr. Waters for Wisdom Teeth Extraction. My son found him insightful about what social posts he might see and grateful that he calmed his concerns beforehand. State of the art office, staff is kind, upbeat but caring interaction with Dr. Waters, clear step by step instructions and great digital communication before, during and after. All very impressive. I was referred to Dr. Waters to have 3 teeth pulled and he was the nicest doctor I have ever been to. He was kind and explained everything to me in great detail! I was nervous and in a lot of pain and he made it so I can have my surgery ASAP. I am extremely confident in him and will switch to make him my full time dentist for me and my family! He was absolutely fantastic.
I went to him a few years ago for a medical condition that was extremely concerning to me. I was told it was my anxiety not the condition that was the issue. It ended up, the condition was cancer and that was what was causing my facial numbness and mouth pain. I would not go back personally.
I was completely terrified to get my tooth pulled. I don't know how Dr. Waters did it, but within minutes of meeting him for a consultation he had me completely at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained what would happen in detail. He was very thorough asking about my medical history and he listened and calmed any fears. The procedure was done in 45 minutes, painless and stress-free, with little pain afterwords. He called that evening to check on me. I recommend him unreservedly.
Not because of Dr. Waters himself, but because of the billing staff. They have been horrible to work with and they have not accurately done anything!
