I had a great experience with Anna today at Dr Waters’ office. She made it fun and put me at ease while she was working. Then it was a good visit with Dr Waters when he came in and I received good information on my teeth and how they were doing after a recent tooth removal. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Waters and his team! I woke up this morning with a chipped tooth and in a panic as I have not established with a new dentist yet. When I called his office as soon as they opened the front desk staff was extremely sweet and helpful with getting me in as soon as possible. As someone who has TMJ and has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I showed up nervous as expected when going to a new dentist. Always a wonderful experience! John is a great dentist with a wonderful staff. Always friendly and personable. Very helpful in making dental decisions and if you need extensive work, working with you in a timeline to fit your needs.
Dr Waters replaced my crown for no charge, because he wasn’t happy with the fit of the original. Would highly recommend Waters Family Dentistry!
