This place has actually really helped me, although my pain situation is on going and will be for the rest of my life. My low rating is because you CANNOT get them to answer the phone!!! This has been a major problem for a long time. I’ve even had to go into the facility to get a hold of them. Right now I’m trying to call and no one answers!!!
I’m very upset. I’ve had 2 appointments here. Referral was sent August 2025. It’s the end of January. Got a call, made an appointment, got all the paperwork filled it out months before my appointment. Finally appointment comes up, I go, and I forgot the intake packet. They forced me to reschedule. I had waited since august for this appointment and when you have chronic pain and no pain management from your PCP, that’s a really long wait. Okay, whatever.
