So I booked a spa mani and pedi for my mom and aunt I double checked dates all good they said My family shows up today 1130 am and DOORS CLOSED ! No calls no notes not emails So I had 2 elderly ladies excited and ran around from further away to get to spa and NOTHING !!! Don’t appreciate . You have lost 3 customers !
I am unfortunately very unhappy with the collective services I received here. I went for a sculpted gel manicure and a pedicure. The staff were nice. However, my esthetician was distracted and I would have preferred if my services were cancelled/rescheduled instead of receiving subpar results. For the pedicure there were not enough coats of polish so you could still partially see my nail through the color.
