Do not believe any negative reviews,I have lived Here 6 yrs I have never smelled anything from anywhere, it is safe clean and very quiet,beautiful pool,I have never had a problem,hoa has gone up everywhere, last person who gave negative reviews is angry about something I would not be here if it was as bad as this person says,feel safe to buy here it is a pleasure and people of class and very nice.

The common areas, including the stairs, are often in a state of disrepair. The fitness center is inadequately equipped, consisting of only two treadmills and a few light weights.
