Stayed here for the first time and it was amazing very unique building reminds me of something from spongebob
Tidy rooms & central to everything.
The room was extremely disappointing. Loud humming noise all day and all night. Add to that the 5:30 garbage truck next door and there was not much sleep. There were signs all over the unit warning users about everything and the consequences of they happened. And the reception was hardly open. Great location for Townsville but unit was horrible and expensive. Never again...
Wonderful staff. Lovely clean rooms. Nice pool and BBQ area. Manager went above and beyond to help.
