Beautiful location very pleasant rooms with all you need. Staff very helpful and always happy to help.
The only good thing about this place is the location! The receptionist/manager is a snarling dragon with the personality of a pineapple only more bitter. Everything in the place screams go next door or down the Strand a bit further. The notes posted everywhere with that you aren't really welcome here vibe and the elevator that only needs to travel 3 floors takes 5 to 10 mins to exit the building so bring plenty of spare time.....or don't bother!!! This place would have been great in its day. But that day is not today. Location good. Parking good. Wifi good. Bed comfy and clean. Room dated, needs a deep clean, very dusty. Aircon old and loud (but cold!). Can’t comment on the staff, didn’t see any. Met my needs for a quick 2 night stay. Wouldn’t recommend for anything more than a one night.
