At Water's Edge Resort had everything our group of 10 would want. Location, view. Value for money and amenities. So spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was fantastic. The communial areas large and accommodating, with BBQs. The reception staff where very helpful and kind. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

We’re here now and can certainly say the staff and location are fantastic. Michelle is so polite and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit on the dirty side. They need some deep cleaning especially in the bathrooms. I’d also really suggest getting a smart tv and wifi which works, considering it is 2025. The price is fair-ish for what you get but if I had to spend 10% more elsewhere and get something much nicer, I’d say it would be money well spent. The room was great with our own wasmachine. People at the reception were very helpfull. If you go to Airlie beach then i would go to this place.

Not the quietest place. Some road noise but we did ask for ocean view. Receptionist was helpful upon arrival and explained what was provided and available to guests. Room had all we needed for our short stay. Decor and furniture were a bit dated. Still worth the 5 stars throughout. Woolworths is just over the road easy for self catering

Stayed here for 2 nights, family of 4. Had a great two bedrom apartment with ocean view. We were greeted by a helpful receptionist who provided good service. The apartment lacked nothing! The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you need, the washer and dryer worked well (they also provided a drying rack) and the place was clean and comfortable.
