Scott Duncan, owner, came on time, very pleasant and clean cut man. He trouble shot my Softub problem correctly, explained the problem in understandable terms, stayed until it filled back up to test it for leakage. Another company had spent 20 minutes here (for a charge of $126) and told me I needed another pump for a total cost of over $1100. Scott told me it was just a frozen motor from a period of non use- cost of call- $95! Please do not hesitate to use Scott Duncan to repair your hot tub! Sharon
