I just moved here and the director Josh is so wonderful. He helped welcome me to the community and even helped me hang pictures and rearrange my room. I’m excited to be here as I didn’t come with much and was helped even with things I didn’t have temporarily.
My experience with Waters Edge, specifically Angie in the marketing department has been great. Angie has been helpful & very responsive. Angie takes the time to explain & help find the best fit for clients I serve.
Disappointed, sad, and hopeful that there will be major improvements going forward for the residents and their families.
Waters Edge is great and I am truly grateful for them caring for my mother. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the accommodations are great. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
