My experience with Waters Edge, specifically Angie in the marketing department has been great. Angie has been helpful & very responsive. Angie takes the time to explain & help find the best fit for clients I serve.
Disappointed, sad, and hopeful that there will be major improvements going forward for the residents and their families.
Waters Edge is great and I am truly grateful for them caring for my mother. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the accommodations are great. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I may of posted a negative review prior while in an inebriated state (forgive me, alcohol brings out the worst in me ), but Waters Edge is great and I am truly grateful for them caring for my mother. The temporary/intermittent disruption in phone/cable ate frustrating, but that's an issue for the providers which provide those services. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the accommodations are great. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
