My first apartment was at Waters Edge, and it was the best experience ever. The staff was always helpful and eager to answer any questions I had. The area was beautiful and always felt safe. As a woman living alone, the gated community and on-site security guard made me feel very comfortable when taking walks. I lived here for about 2years and I was very impressed with the overall quality and safety there. The complex is an excellent place to live, offering a safe and peaceful environment. The management/leasing team( Ericaa and Allison)and maintenance team were very nice and highly responsive to address any concerns promptly.
