I don’t understand why homeowners are paying any HOA fees if the amenities are constantly full of bugs and spiderwebs huge spider webs as if nothing is getting used because of dirt and dead insects. When you call the management office know one ever answers but they’re quick to fine you if you your grass isn’t cut. The main reason why I purchased was because of the amenities. Very disappointing. Basically, we just pay board members and people to drive by and take pictures of our lawn.
They steal from homeowners! They do nothing! They wouldn't let me join when I purchased a home in Waters Edge in 1996. When I sold my home in on 2023 they had put an over $5000.00 lien on my home! These property managers are criminals basically!
