Called Waters Edge and had my first fall maintenance service today. I am very impressed. Jimmy is professional, very thoughtful, thorough, and during the fall maintenance, he diagnosed an ongoing issue with my A/C. Excellent work. I'm so happy I found Waters Edge!
Responsive: Jimmy came within 24 hours of our first phone call. Reliable: He kept us informed about when he would arrive and any delays. During the service call, Jimmy clearly explained everything he was doing and why. Their prices were very reasonable. . Our air conditioner has never functioned so well and efficiently. Water’s Edge came out today to do routine maintenance and they were fantastic. They showed up on time, were polite and professional, explained everything they were doing, and made sure the system was running great before they left. They even gave us a few helpful tips to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend this company!
Waters Edge Heating and Cooling really came through when a 2yr. old unit went bad from a previous contractor and that contractor did not stand behind his work and only wanted to charge us for labor to fix the problem, and that part that he replaced went bad a day later.
