My AC unit quit just out of the blue late in the evening (after hours), so I called Waters Edge Heating and Cooling. Jimmy answered right away and came out within 2 hours. He did a wonderful job, fixed my AC , got it running and my house was cool again. Jimmy was very informative, explained everything in detail, Jimmy was also very professional. Waters Edge Heating and cooling is by far the most friendly, helpful, price friendly company I have ever dealt with. They are punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and truly care about what they are doing and serving their customer. Both the owner and the technician I dealt with responded quickly and resolved the issue on the same day! I wish I could rate them 10 stars!
Craig and Jimmy were at my house within 3 hours of calling to diagnose and fix my AC. Not only were these gentleman extremely professional, kind, and efficient, their prices significantly beat the big names. They explained the problem and details about my specific system. They also showed me how to prevent problems in the future. These guys are truly a local small business of the community. If you are concerned about being taken advantage of, call these guys.
These guys do a great job. The service they provide is excellent. The technician walks you through step by step with pictures and recommendations. Their prices are responsible and I’m glad to do business with them.
