Unfortunately it doesn't deserve even one star anymore. I lived here for 7 years and recently moved. It has been consistently going downhill and deteriorating for most of those years. Property manager doesn't care about the property or the tenants. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful to tenants. Her favorite go to phrase is if you don't like it move. Took $600 held it for 2 months. Failed to provide apartment as agreed. Now check is lost in the mail. My. My. Adorable location. Very poor management.
Too strict on rules if you live on the river side. Too expensive for a lack of attention to maintenance. Nosy old man with a dog, likes to be in everyone's business and tattle like a child to owners about things that are none of his business or not important.
